Research Interests

My field of research is political economy. This topic is a multidisciplinary approach of the economic and social problems. More precisely, the forest political economy presents a vast applicability. By covering the value creation network, this discipline works on forest management, wood transformation and social and economic aspects of forestry.

Try to understand the social and economical realities of forest communities with a holistic vision of forestry, this is the main questioning of my research. My research axes are linked by the notion of regional economic development. More specifically:

Evaluation of efficiency and profitability of forest projects and their environmental impacts (externalities)
Parternship management of forest
Conciliation of economic, social and environmental aspects
Improvement of decision process in forest management
